Our home buying experience with Kristi was nothing short of perfect! Being a first time home buyer is scary but she had so much patience with me and my husband to make sure we understood the whole process and felt confident step by step. She also was able to negotiate a closing cost credit and a warranty for home appliances (should anything break within 10 months of moving in). We moved our parents 100 miles west of the city. My parents enlisted Kristi to sell their condo. She accurately communicated any wrinkles in the process and was open and understanding to the stress of this process. The home inspection reveiled issues that needed to be resolved prior to closing. We were able to line up contractors to fix the issues and Kristi facilitated those efforts by being available to let the workers in and fronted the money out of her own pocket until we could reimburse her. She saved us the tremendous hassle of travelling back and forth to accomplish these things. Her positive attitude and cheerful demeanor made everything so easy to handle.
