We moved our parents 100 miles west of the city. My parents enlisted Kristi to sell their condo. She accurately communicated any wrinkles in the process and was open and understanding to the stress of this process. The home inspection reveiled issues that needed to be resolved prior to closing. We were able to line up contractors to fix the issues and Kristi facilitated those efforts by being available to let the workers in and fronted the money out of her own pocket until we could reimburse her. She saved us the tremendous hassle of travelling back and forth to accomplish these things. Her positive attitude and cheerful demeanor made everything so easy to handle.
